Can’t be faulted, right amount of colour,.....I’d be more than pleased with that.

Re: MG Metro 6R4 (Belkits)
Morning. I've started on the trunk space which needs a complete scratch build. Nuturally I've done it on a shoe string using anything to hand.
I've cut the strut tops from styrene and applied a few bits of PE bolt heads and such to mimic reference pics I'm using.
I've added various bottles shaped from junk and just filled the space up with DNGN cabling and left space for the spare. I've a bit more to add berore I'm done.

I take it that this will be visible once the car is finished ? Does the bonnet/front end lift off ? All good stuff !

Yeah, the bonnet/hood has been cut out giving me more of a headache than I anticipated. It will be removeable as I'm not going to fart around with hinges as I can never get them right.

Re: MG Metro 6R4 (Belkits)
Nice colour scheme - is that ‘Rothmans Racing’ colours .....but minus the banned UK cigarette promo ?
I used to signwrite ‘Rothmans’ trucks (they were BRS contract vehicles) - but then they were getting hijacked for their cigarette loads because they were too easy to spot, so they went back to plain dark blue livery, or BRS units.

It’s going to look great when finished - an echo of the best years of Rallying.
