Belkits Skoda Fabia BEL-004

I started this around 6 years ago, looks like I messed up the rear bumper which is why I put it away. I found the courage to get it out and finish it. All was going well until I realised I had no headlights, no tarmac suspension and no rear spoiler. Turned out the headlights and suspension are on the same sprue so it obviously was a problem at manufacture, contacted Domino models and they sent me the sprues I needed for free just needed to pay for postage. Really chuffed with that. 

2nd time I’ve done material seatbelts and a first for the wheel straps, fiddly but pleased with the results, the belts seemed way easier this time and hopefully the next one will be easier still.

I missed the bonnet vents, under the windscreen and front lower lip when I painted it originally they should be black and I wasn’t going to tempt fate by masking and painting so they are saying as is. The spotlights on the bonnet have a magnet glued underneath so I can remove the cluster and the front fogs aren’t glued either for the same reason.

I forgot to mention that the mudflats are from the belkits gravel transkit and I cut them down to fit as this is the tarmac version
