1950 Ford F-1
Finished the F-1 tonight.
It is pretty much box stock except for the tail lights which are out of the 48 Ford Custom Coupe kit.
Because I wanted to get this kit finished before our scheduled summer trip I decided to use the kit engine. I did not wire it, but I think it built up pretty well anyway.
That is it as far as kits and the dioramas go until August. We are out of here in a little over two weeks on the trip and I just won't have time for modeling as there is much to do to get ready. While on the trip I will post anything interesting I come across. See you in August.

It looks good John.
So how many motor museums and car shows have you planned to 'stumble across' this trip??
Enjoy.

Looks great in red! Have a fine vacation! I remember at age 10 building a model on vacation. Of course back then it was only about 26 pieces, no engine and no paint, just decals. At 10 I could handle that! Thanx.
