All I know about Fisker is the modern 6 Series BMW they started with, bit of new sheet metal, posher interior and almost twice the price.

It's a Karma Revero. I'd never heard of them, nor Fisker. From a quick google, it looks like Karma have risen from the Fisker ashes.wisdonm wrote:That Fisker is a rare one.

Plenty of oddities here in the states, and they aren't all vehicles! Thanx for some interesting fotos.

And we're still in Canada. Another 8 weeks of this misery (NOT) to go.

Re: Road Trip Cars
The first photo is of a car I have seen now and again, lol. And I know that tank as well, a sort of local landmark. Wish I could have met up with you on your visit but life is still conspiring to make me busy according to Murphy's Schedule. Best wishes for a glorious and good eventful remainder of your vacation!

All good Kats. We're in Whistler ATM, and a damn fine spot it is! Thanks for the kind words, and we'll make it next time. Canada is too good for just one trip. More pics soon.

Re: Road Trip Cars
Sorry for the long gap, we're in Mt Rushmore, heading south, here's some more.
The El Camino is a bit rough looking, and the Mustang was the 6 cyl version from the 4 stud wheels.
Not exactly Bullit material. The KC-97 was a bit of offroading! From Google Earth it looked like county dirt roads. Turned out to be muddy farm tracks, so I reckon I was probably trespassing. Got away (just) with out bogging the rental ( horray for AWD!!!!) and got some great shots of the mother lode
of KC-97s. I counted 5, which is the biggest concentration in the world.

Re: Road Trip Cars
We survived it all, and got home last week. Tired, broke and ready to go again! Anne & I didn't get to meet Katz, Buck or Sam, but we made other friends over there via a Buick forum.
So back to work and back to the modelling bench. Nine weeks is a long time to go without the smell of model glue in my nostrils.
Regards,
Chris
