Google Chrome..............
............... has stopped working for me!! No matter how many times I click the icon, nothing happens.
I had to re-login to various sites this morning so I think there may have been a Windows update which may be affecting it.
Anyone else having trouble or know how to get it back?.
Cheers guys.

Hi Al,
No problems for me (touch wood), although I'm using Vista, which they will soon stop doing updates for, so I guess I'll be going back to Firefox when they do...

Re: Google Chrome..............
If you're on windows 10 then there was an issue with some updates yesterday, seems ok today according to Elaine.
I would uninstall Google chrome through control panel, reboot your pc then install it from a reputable source ... log in as normal and your settings / bookmarks / personal info should still be there as it's stored on google servers.
Could just be Microsoft knocking back other third party software with little niggles so people have to revert to use theirs for a bit in the hope they stay with it ... (such as their new explorer "edge" not being as popular as they thought it would be)

Re: Google Chrome..............
Look in Program Install/Uninstall in ControlPanel for Windows Updates. If there was one yesterday, uninstall it and give it a try.
