1936 BMW 328 (Race)
Old Heller kit, not bad at all for an oldie.
Not my shining hour but it will do as an extra car in my race car dio when I start it later in the year.
The vents on the sides of the bonnet should be black and have a chrome surround. Also the leather strap should be some shade of brown/black. The detail is a bit sift for BMF so I haven't done these yet as I may decided to display it in the dio with the bonnet completely removed.
Any way it is what it is and here it is!!! LOL

I think it turned out great Al, and you can always go back and add the details on the hood later.
One question. It looks to me that you have a choice on the car number. The 2? looks like the builder can trim it to be a 2,6,9 or 7 and the 8 to an 8 or a 3.
Do the instructions mention anything?

Thanks guys.
That's the way they are in the kit decals placement diagram Mitch but you are correct, they could have been cut that way.

Re: 1936 BMW 328 (Race)
Thanks both.
Got a bench Ash but my facilities are severely restricted at present. Hopefully I'll have my new modelling room up and running full steam ahead in a couple of months or so.

That's a sweet little build Al. I really like the "stripped" look, clean and simple.
