Russian BA 20 m Armored Car
Broken down in the middle of some junk yard, dark fluid is trailing out the rear. As stated before I do not consider myself an armor modeller but the '34 Ford like fenders seduced me.
One crew member has crawled under their armored car, the other two wait with tools and optimism.
The figures were given to me from fellow modellers as none came with the kit.
Base work started with a picture frame then a perimeter of styrene plastic including a corner abutment for the broken tower. Tower is pieces of HO train bridging. Various terrain mediums used for the driveway and textured wall.
The figures flesh areas are painted in oils, acrylics and flat enamels take care of other areas. Chalks and pigments were also used throughout. Tools came from 1/24 auto donor source.
Cheers Eh!

NICE....Excellent little dio!
I'm not fussed with military stuff...unless it has wheels too.
Sorry, although I can appreciate them, tracked vehicles don't float my boat.
....unless it's a half track.

Thanks for the kind comments. For Beowulf, the kit was made by TWK START, could be one and the same as ZVEDSA.

Nice! I wish I had one of those cars to clear a path through traffic and shoot at speed cameras.

Packed with action and weathering and color/texture of "junk" is perfecto! Tower adds even more and implies in war nothing is safe!
