Been really busy these past weeks with life in general but also a complete revamp of my modelling room.

The keen eyed will spot the name change.

Two reasons: over the years the original signage got damaged plus I decided as it is meant to be an English country village garage of late fifties era, it wouldn't be a mile outside the village!!

Anyway, It's back on the bench now and this is where it's at. Most still in mock up but ready to install.

Looks great Al, and I love the new name.

I presume there are sheets ot torn newspaper held by a string, hung from a nail inside the loo door ?

.... this was sent to me by a member by the name of Colin a good few years ago now. He keeps snakes and thought that their sloughed skin may be useful in creating cobwebs in the loft.

It's very delicate though so some experimenting is going to be required.

I'm thinking of using this guy 'On the roof, taking a break from making repairs'.

What do you think?

I've seen ladders nailed down to the steep sides of old barn roofs to make it easier to do repairs on that side.
