I decided to swap the Mirror Models motorcycle for an offering by Tamiya. The MM offering is well detailed but SO delicate and SO hard to build.

Well on it's way to completion in just half an hour or so:

The bike looks like a great little kit, and I think the 'silvering' of the oak frame is spot on. 

Motorcycle looks good outside.

BTW: What happened to the sign? Waiting for the grand opening?

Made a start on the car in for repairs.

Wings assembly painted and the main bodywork assembled. What you see here in primer is a total of nine parts, all of which are somewhat tricky to assemble. Glue one part and leave to fully cure process.

All the doors can be posed open but so that I could paint as much of the body as as possible in one sitting, I glued in the rear doors. The fronts only will be open.

That could be part of the repairs with the welder Al.

Nice. If the doors turn out to be a struggle, you can prop them up against the wall. Like the car is being assembled.

The bike is finished although I think the 'For Sale' sign is too large. Will re-do it before final installation.

Great job on the bike Al. Like Gary, this faithful follower also thinks the sign is too big. The Dio is going to be something to be proud of.

The body colour on the 'work car' is great and the bike looks fantastic! The sign is 'big' but I've seen ridiculous signage on used vehicles to grab the attention of passers-by so it could be justified in that sense.
