This is a Monogram 1/24 70 GTX that I started about 15 yrs ago. Before they isssued the 70 RR kit I wanted to model a car that I envied in high school that was a Top Banana yellow 4sp RR. Painted in correct top banana yellow automotive enamel with the GTX emblems removed and the interior done in black and white to match the original. I used the GTX grille but the dust trail stipe decals from a RR kit that I picked up after I had painted this one. The RR will be used to replicate one that my brother regrets selling.

My bro had a satin black one just before he got married. I have one in line to replicate that car as well.

Sharp looking build. 001  It must be a real pain hauling the piece of lumber around everywhere you go.
