I think the two tents looks in scale, but well and the tank blocks are too big. Do you have some 1/76 figure to compare?

I think if you put the well in back of a dio you won't notice it beening a little bigger The tents and camp fires look OK Just my 2 cents worth

Hi Mr Skid,
I think they all look OK, the well would be about the right size for a large village or small town or even a large Camel station...

Hmmmm..... thanks for your opinions guys but the more I look at it the bigger the well and campfires seem to get.
The well scales out at 2.5m dia (8'6") and the campfires at 1.5m tall (5'). Both seem and look big to me, so I think I'll stay with the dio stuff the kit supplies.
Thanks again.

Re: Is this too far out of scale?
Al it all really depends on a few factors. a) how many people use the well and b) how big the hog is that's been roasted. That's what I say but it,s all down to the builder at the end of the day. If it was 1/72nd and 1/87th it would be a big No No but 1/76th and 1/72nd don,t look to bad. It,s the fact you know yourself that eats at a man. To people at shows there is only the broth heads that would comment on the fact. The majority just enjoy what,s been put on display. 001 Tony.

I agree with you 100% Tony.
The well did look to me and that's why I've decided to save it for something else.

Diameter of the well is a bit wide, seems to me. Tents and campfires can be of any size. Dark colors of things can make them appear smaller and light colors make 'em seem bigger. Just my view.
