Revell USS. Ward 1941
Ahoy swab jocks
Here is another of my old Revell classics in plastics. I had this kit since 1962 Originally released as the Aron Ward I done a little modifications on the model to make it in to the Ward.. Bridge details were changed the ward had a open bridge just by removing the awnings does the job.....The four piper Ward was the first ship to fire before the opening of the attack on pearl harbor. Here she is underway shipscolors.

You've had this one a long time, Franklyn. I remember seeing this kit in my old Revell catalogues. Nice one!

Astonishing dedication to complete so many models and not just do them "as is" but you improved so well and were doing weathering when many of us wanted everything to look showroom new. Your research also deserves praise! Our caps are all off to ya!
