2006 Dodge Rampage SRT-8 Phantom
Ok, back by popular demand here is a rework of the OTB of my 2006 Dodge Rampage SRT-8 Phantom build.
I got a crazy idea of what would the New Rampage would look like. You remember the ole FWD Dodge Rampages right? They were based off the Dodge Omni 024, Dodge Charger - Shelby, Plymouth Turismo Hatches. Well what if Dodge made one off the Magnum/Charger/300C platform? So here we go.
I started with a Dodge Magnum Wagon:
Then I hacked the rear section of the roof off and made the top of the bed section (also to cap in the taillights).
Had to shorten the interior for it to fit in the new body.

Ok, where were we? ;D LoL Oh yeah!
Started making the roof section.
I was going to scratch build the bed but then it hit me! The Dodge Sidewinder bed is a perfect fit! Yay! Saved by Dodge. LOL
Then had to Remake the Top of the Bed as the previous material was too flemsy and broke rather easy. Live and Learn! This is also where I modded the rear bumper.
Got the rest of the interior done.
Added Maps and such behind the seats. Only fitting. LoL

I'll continue with my rambling now. LoL
Well after lots and lots of body work to tighten things up and figure things out. It started to come around.
I then turned and finished up the interior tub.
And once the body work was completed I sprayed it with Dodge Viper Intense Blue Pearl.
See Y'all in the NMA Section.

Cool. A Chrysler "ute" . Short for utility, what we call pickups here.

That's quite the undertaking and very creative as well. You're doing a fine job of all those modifications.
