I am sure that I have missed one or two of your builds over the years, so am looking forward to seeing them all in one thread.

The mud and dust/dirt look is very impressive, especially on the tires. Not overdone and has the uneven appearance that makes it "right." If you can, a short tutorial would be useful for us.

Again, I am amazed by your weathering skills. My jaw dropped to the table while I was looking at the photos. Absolutely breath taking!
I agree .... Tutorials!! I love the realistic greasy fifth wheel (turntable for the Brits and Aussies). How did you do this?

Thank you Pete. The grease on the turntable is just that- real grease. I had some industrial machine grease that I got from my job. I just mixed in a little black and some brown paint and stirred it until I git the mixture i liked. The grease has a slight discoloration that looks like the real thing when pasted on the turntable. I already added a link to the steel plates tutorial, in my earlier post in this same thread. You can check it.
If there is a particular tutorial you like to know about please let me know. I will see what I can do. I am always stress for time.

These trucks do weird disorienting things to my brain because I "know" they're not real but they sure look real.

Awesome realism, Charles.
If I might ask, how much time do you put into one of those big rigs?

Thank you kindly. Well, if you add up all the minutes or hours it will come up to just under week. But only working on one of these rigs anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour or two a day is not that much time. If I were to work on one rig without any interruption from my kids or better half, then it would probaly taken me 4 to 5 days. Of cour, depends on the complexity of the amount of details I want to add.

A-may-zing! These fotos are worth many thousands of words. BTW, no fair using grease to simulate grease, just too real.
