Hard to believe one like that is ancient history these days. Nice work. In that light top surface (hood roof, trunk) stripe looks red-orange. I figure it's the lighting since sides are more red.

Thank everyone! This was an older kit that was molded in the blue plastic then was masked and painted with Tamiya fluorescent red, but it looks more orange in the photos. The wheels were the original plated kit wheels. Took a couple of years to get it done - the older I get, the slower I get.

Yeah, the paint on the body didn't quite match the hood decal color.
