It's been a while since I've checked in on this one Gary. You obviously are building another museum quality model sir. Amazing what photo etch can do for details. Absolutely beautiful work.

Ill try to speed up just for you Colin LOL, thanks for the kind support my friend.

Cheers John, having to do some work on the nose, schoolboy error whilst glossing ready for the main front decal, didn't dust cover when Id put it on!!!!. Full of dust and shit now, going have to take it right back. DOH!!!!!!!!!! Ive never had a model where Ive re-done more work than this one. Perhaps Im losing it?!

I'd leave it as such and just call it "space debris." Hope you're back to it on this kit. It's a treat for us to see.

Had a play with the Bow, fit the forward deflector, gloss coat to prevent the decals from silvering. Put the decals on and fitted the lights. Will give a coat of fast when everything is dry to take off the shine of the gloss.

More lights installed, bridge spotlight tested. Started fitting the scenery behind the large windows. It can be seen in the photographs the difference these make, one triple window can be seen without the back detail.

Lighting does make it look soooo cool! Is there a site or Y.T. on how to wire multi lights and what power they require? I'm assuming they're wired in parallel so if one goes out the rest stay lit.

Loads of stuff on youtube H, including specific Voyager builds. Yes Im wiring them in parallel for that very reason, once the hull and saucer section are sealed it would be VERY difficult to get back in.Thanks for looking in. Star Trek Voyager - Page 4 3887228019

All the LED's and resistors soldered and wired for the saucer section HOOOOOORAAAAAAGH!!!!!!
