Delivery mail... "lost"

I need to tell you about this... A week ago I ordered some PE online, the seller told me that he ship them on September 3rd and sent me an email with tracking number. I almost forgot that I order the PE, so today I check online the status, and it says that it was delivered on September 5th! :( I was home that day, and when to pick up the mail immediately the mail man delivered. Not that I look out a the window waiting for it, like a dog :D, but that day I received also a package and when the mail man left to the porch he rang the doorbell.

I ask one of my neighbor but he did not received it. It is kind of sad, that people keep your mail.

I printed few "flyer" to put on the envelope of the neighbors, that say: On September 5th at 2:04PM an envelope with tracking number was erroneously delivered to the wrong mailbox. If you have it, please return it to #####.
Hopefully who have it, if still have it, will return it. :)
I also contact the post office via email.

Still nobody returned my mail after the flyer, I talked with the mailman, and she does not remember. But I received a email from USPS, asking me to do a survey on how they reply about my inquiry. But they did not reply so... :D

Update, Who got my mail did not return it... :( I open a case for stolen mail on the 9/16, but I didn't receive any reply yet from USPS... :( The seller (modelempire.com) knowing the story, contacted me asking if I receive it or not, and was kind enough to send me all the PE parts for free!!! Cannot believe this! :)
