Tamiya R33 Skyline
My 8th completed build, managed to get this one shiny though and even tried panel lines.. First time and not easy
Check out the last pic, this is what Humbrol clear did to my Tamiya paint.. Left it a couple of days then airbrushed the clear on, was ok when I went to bed but next morning it looked like that.. little cracks all over

Cheers Jason...
I can only assume that it was, I wont be using the clear on painted surfaces anymore.. did the same to my van and didnt work on my Evo either..
Is good on clear parts but I have Pledge for that which is cheaper and does the same job.

Boy I hear that about the pint. Used to be a lot simpler. I think this build turned out very nice. Good job.

It still looks good in spite of the paint problem.
Don't knock Humbrol though, my guess is you used Enamel clear over Acrylic colour!!
All part of the wonderful learning process.
If in doubt, test it out!!!
