Had to look at the name on this one twice. Now I am going to get Sue to pinch me. Make sure I am awake.

Looks very smooth and glossy for a brush coat - great work.
Is there a reason the swastika was blacked out on the boxart and not included in the decals?

Thanks for the kind words. Swastikas are generally missing from all military kits. Not seen on model German aircraft etc. Still a sensitive issue with some people, understandable considering what they did.

On one of these forums somebody built that one, but in a larger scale (maybe drastic plastics or the one previous to this one?). It was practically a truck in weight and powered by the straight 8 similar to the one on the Jo-Han mid '30s Mercedes. Deja Vu in a smaller scale.

Nice. Would like to tackle one in a larger scale.

Nice brush work Chris.
Personally, I disagree. Look at the number of Swastika's you see in photos on the web, printed in books and in videos/films Are those to be banned too?
It's part of history and should serve as a remiinder that it MUST NEVER be allowed to happen again.
I think it's simply PC gone mad on behalf of the manufacturer's!!

I think manufacturers don't want controversy and to be on the safe side (and because there must be aftermarket decals) they may omit important ones. Part of the problem can be some countries' laws on Nazi propaganda and promotion of far Right wing political groups in their nations. We've seen it with banning tobacco ads on race cars as well.
