1969 Chevelle SS396

..... a close to box stock build from an old AMT kit ........ only alterations are a bench seat in the front and a column shifter for the auto tranny ........ color is from Cobracolors

The car was built to replicate a 1:1 vehicle I bought new in 1969 ......... odd configuration 350 horse 396, Turbo Hydro 400, bench seat, column shift, no A/C but power steering and brakes, sticker price delivered to the dealership (Plains Chevrolet in Amarillo, Texas) was $3,411
