So what was the Capri like do you recall?

Still working away on this,the entire roof has been filled in as they were raised areas around the leading edge and pillars.Styling cues I guess,plus the plastic vents on the B pillars have been filled in too.


The area where front bumper wraps around into the wings is being smoothed out too,the bumper is being left off and the nose is going to be treated too.

Hello Arni - the TR7's coming along nicely.

The Ford Capri was produced in Black as the Midnight Capri 2 'S' , and also moulded in Blue as Capri Group 2 - with wider wheels and deep spoilers.

Yes, Mono was the other Capri U.S. model. I bought and still have one or two AMT ones that I love. Always wanted to do one as a rally car and one as a saloon racer (have a foto of one sponsored by "Wiggins-Teape") Always thought it was a funny sounding combo.

Well one of the most noticeable features on the TR has been removed,the widows peak on the front end.
