Holden Commodore
Holden VF Commodore. A diecast race car that I converted to a street car. Cut off the front splitter, used a Camaro interior, and spend a lot of time sanding all the signage off the glass, and polishing it.
Not my finest hour, but it will do. And at least it's another Holden. Not too many around in 1/24-5

I believe Holden and Ford no longer produce cars down under Ron, which is a great shame.

Shay is right. I didn't care about Ford, and even less for the appliance maker (Toyota) but Holden was a real lose.

Re: Holden Commodore
I used to watch the Australian Touring Cars, but UK television doesn’t seem to screen it anymore, but it appeared then to be dominated by Ford Mustangs and Chevrolets. I knew Holden was a GM subsidiary, but I never realised it had permanently gone.

Re: Holden Commodore
Great job Chris, converting a race car to a street version.
On a side note, touring car driver Shane van Gisbergen decided to try NASCAR out a few weeks back, It was a new type of racing for NASCAR drivers. Racing through the streets of Chicago. He won the race, on his debut. We will see how he does on ovals.

The idiots that "run" $upercars took Poxtel's 30 pieces of silver and most events aren't available on FTA TV. A great business model to take away 70% of your potential audience!

Hi Mr W,
This looks spot on Sir...
They used to show it on the 'Motors' channel (French TV), but sadly they pulled it from UK TV, I also loved watching the Ute's racing...
