Holden Commodore VF
The last Australian built Holden.
This was a race car in our $upercar series. I've taken it back to a road car.
Diecast reduced to component level, missing a headlight lens
.
I had to fill the rear wing mounts & roof air intake, and it needs some touch-ups. Otherwise it's progressing nicely.
Interior next, using some Camaro seats, the widened original dash and door cards.

Re: Holden Commodore VF
Nice work Chris, Is it feasible to make a lens with glue and glaze?

Not sure, Gaz. I have the same car in its original form, where headlights are covered with decals. I might use it as a donor and then make one that I can cover with decals.

Re: Holden Commodore VF
It was sad to hear that Ford and Holden shut up shop down under.
Some mad cars were built back in the day.
The first Torano was a Vauxhall Viva, stretched a bit for a big 6 cylinder engine, called a GTR XU-1.
