Jinx the Corvette

JINX the Corvette
Pratt & Miller Racing began developing the Corvette in 1997. In 2000 the Gen 2 C5-R began competing. The #63 and #64 Corvettes took 1st and 2nd place at Le Mans in their group. In 2002 they repeated their success.
2003 marked the 50th anniversary of the Chevrolet Corvette. To mark the occasion, the color scheme was changed from yellow to blue(to mimic the Ltd Ed. production Corvette). Also, the numbers were changed to #50(the 50th anniversary of Corvette) and #53(the 1st year Corvette was introduced). The team finished 2nd and 3rd in their group at Le Mans.
The next year, returning as #'s 63 and 64 Corvette again finished 1, 2 in their group at Le Mans.

Yowza! Fabulous job. Luv the color, a good change from the yellow they used for years. Plenty of decal work too.

A gorgeous build. So glad the white decals cover the darker color underneath so well.
