Re: 250 Testa Rossa
Leather's a bit shiny on the side bolster there Dave.
Goes to hide in the corner...lol
Fabulous work. It's hard to capture the shine on white paint

Incredible work! The detailing is superb and that body finish is just marvellous. I say the shininess on the bolster is from lots of arm rubbing, lol.

Re: 250 Testa Rossa
Thanks all. When I first did the seats they were a very flat finish due to the highlight paints used but giving a run over with plasma red ink made them nicely semi-gloss. I think the shine turned out just right and I believe DB is just 'starting' :-P

Beautiful work. The seat piping really stands out when placed in the bodywork.

Amazing work on the decals, especially on the hood scope David, very very impressive work. Looks like paint.

Great decal work. Is there a clear coat over all of it? The reflection on the rearview shot looks so seamless.

Thanks all. No clear coat just gloss paint. I brought the light pretty close for the shot though.

Steering wheel looks great David as does the entire build.
Will you be setting/cutting the decals over the panel lines?

Thanks fellows. I certainly will be slicing it along the panel line and maybe reshading it.

Just white paint, maybe with some roundels on the doors I guess.
I don't remember you talking about decals, but I might have missed that and I didn't google the actual car.
It's a credit to your polished paint that the decals look clear coated, very nice.

Re: 250 Testa Rossa
Well you will find it very difficult to find and photos of the actual car. I only know of three and here's two. The third was a close up of Piero. I've never seen a model done with this livery, of course you're welcome to have a look yourself. I'm still not sure whether to do the headlight surrounds silver or leave them body coloured.
