Lost Submarine found.

After being missing for 103 years, HMAS AE1 has been found. There are still questions to be answered, but this is solves what is one of the great mysteries of the Royal Australian Navy.

A very interesting story indeed. After doing the walkthrough of the U-505 many times, I have a great respect for the submariners who live in those tiny confines.

I also have seen the WWII U-505 sub in Chicago. It was exactly like living with a family in a walk-in closet. Often hot, certainly dangerous, and very paranoia-inducing. Thanx for the link, the WWI subs were more primitive and dangerous to go into than later ones.
