George Jones has passed on

I thought it was a joke when a friend of mine in the Music Industry called me to let me know that George, "The Possum," Jones had passed away this morning at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN. But my friends I'm sorry to say its true. George has caught the train to glory at the young age of 81 yrs. He will be missed, but his legend and memory will live on with the great classics that he has left us with.

Had to save the best for last.

He is a LEGEND and will be missed by all that loved him. George Jones had a rough life with all he went through and was a great singer, I went to see in concert once, he was so out of it that he couldn't even remember the words to the songs but that was "THE POSSUM". I have alot of his music and play them alot. R.I.P. John
