Nice job. I like the way you've got dark paint to lie down for you. The last 1/16 kit I did had way less detail in it than a 1/24 which was a disappointment. Is there a trunk space on this kit? or did they leave it closed off? The images being cropped on the right is affecting me as well.

Hi Dave, yes, there is trunk space. It has luggage molded into it. The lid fits so perfectly that I have to pick up the model and turn it over so that trunk lid falls open. After building this kit I thought Fujimi kits must be pretty good but the kits I built were just disappointments, like the Ferrari BB512 I posted.

Hi Mike,
Very nice Sir, I'm not a fan of Porsche though, to me they'll always just be lowered VW Beetles (original Beetles not the new girly version)...

The old rules were 800 x 600 pics as far as I can remember guys, are you using bigger pics?
Now if Mike and Dave are looking, will youse please put up pics of your works in progress, gorgeous cars, but personally I learn nothing new by looking at at finished cars.

I do have a work in progress. It's posted. I do need to take more pictures. Its the Tamiya Mercedes Benz McLaren SLR.
So now I'm going to have to make downsized pictures? I mean those 800 x 600 pics got back to the days when we were on dial-up modems.

I think the pic size is the problem Mike, i'm not in any way in charge around here for what it's worth.
Just saying.

It only just started cutting the pictures yesterday. It wasn't always like that.

As far as I understand it Mike, it's an old site and it's difficult to use bigger pics.
It's being looked at by Al, but it's not exactly MCM in fairness.
Would it be a ball breaker if you had to make your pics a bit smaller i wonder?

I am a Porsche fan, but the 959 really didn't do much for me unless it was in race livery.
You sure did a fine job on yours. The color combo is perfect.
