AMT's "Supernatural" kit. I was going to do a RHD and small block/Powerglide conversion to mirror one I had in the 1980s.
As well as the RHD aspect, the dashes are completely different, so I took the lazy way out.
Now that 1) it's finally Autumn, 2) The retina and caratract are sorted, I'm back at the bench!
Lurking behind is the AMT Bison. That one has been a bit of a struggle, but I'm subdueing it!

I don't have the can David, but it was Tamiya Moroon TS 11. Over Tamiya pink primer.

Re: '67 Impala
Do you think the pink primer brought out the colour better?
Sometimes I've found bright colours from Halfords (rattle cans) actually call for a grey primer.
Just asking for your thoughts.
Hot down there now?

Hey Chris, it's great to have you back, been a long time, for both of us!!
That maroon is gorgeous, what a great shine too. Well done.

Shay: Yes, especially since it's moulded in black. It's been a cooler summer, but it hung on longer than usual.
Al: Yes! And thanks. I've been putting off the BMF, got no excuse now.

Perfect color choice. Great wheel change to Rally's over the ones which came in the kit.

Hi Mr Webby,
I'm all set , may I ask if you'll be sharing the Bison build as it progresses, please, I have a soft sot for those beasties, we had them as Aircraft Refuelers, but with the cab over the engine rather than the full bonnet/hood...

Love the Impala.
The Bison was my first complete truck build and went pretty smoothly for me.
