59 Imperial - mild custom

This is meant to be the kind of thing Larry Watson might have painted. I love his style.
Most of it was painted with nail polish and some areas change to purple from certain angles.
I replaced the kit antennas with wire and used aftermarket wheels and lowered it as far as it would go without cutting.
Turns out there's a lot of chrome on this car. I had to split the task over a couple of evenings.
I don't build many curbside kits, so this was a nice break from the usual thing.

A gorgeous custom ride. The panel paint and shading are beautifully done. Love the wheels.

Beautiful build! The detailing, the setting, the style and everything but most especially that incredible paint job.
