BAE Warrior
BAE Warrior by Airfix in 1/48 scale
been away from the bench for 2 weeks, time to get back to it, this has been in the stash for too long so its come to the top of the pile, as it were
for those across the pond, its the UK equivalent to the US Armys M2 Bradley.......basically an armed battle taxi
this is the up armoured version with bar armour as used in Afghanistan
and whats in the box lol....all had a wash, now drying

you get all the bits to build the interior......which i wont be doing since its going to have the hatches/doors closed.......dont see the point in wasting time and effort on something youre not going to see

Progress looks good. It always amazed me how armor guys could build up the entire subject and then apply the paint evenly without missing any undersides or crannies.

Nice paint! And as for the scale thing, both 1/35 and 1/48 seem like the realm of teeny little parts to me, it's just a matter of how much magnification you need to see the bits, lol.

it really is a lot of plastic in the box for somethings that 1/48......over 250 parts......still got all the bar armour to scab on the sides yet
