Chevrolet Chevette
Those who read the WIP thread will be aware of the damage to the LHR guard/wing/fender. Well, a drop from a mere 6 inches did the same to the LHR quarter panel. Not impressed, much cursing, the cat fled for it's life, fearing my wrath, while the Chevette nearly went under my boot.
Since I couldn't stand the filling, sanding and repainting, and I doubt it would either, I decided to live with it. A Chevette won't exactly grab you by the throat.
Tamiya Titanium Gold, interior is Tamiya Deck Tan

It shows nicely from the right side, Chris. I've got a few builds that have a favored side, myself.

Hi,
Sharp looking model
It was quite a popular car in Portugal, badged as Opel/Vauxhall.
Onto the next one,
Cheers,
Nuno.

Looks great. Wish I could find a couple of these kits. I owned two full scale ones. A 77 and a 76.

Holden Geminis here. Fun little cars too, I owned the van and coupe versions. Money and space aside,
I'd have another in a heartbeart.

Re: Chevrolet Chevette
That is a kit I have never seen finished. Looks good webby, I like that colour. Too bad about the damage, good on ya for not stomping on it.

A lovely gold, one of my favourites. A big shame about the crack though.

Re: Chevrolet Chevette
Too bad about the damage but otherwise it looks excellent! I have fond childhood memories of sitting in one of these almost buried by groceries, lol.
