'68 Pete Rat Utility
Started this one a few weeks ago, after having a brainstorm of what to build with the Jimmy Flintstone resin '68 Pete Rat pick up.
Also stepped up and purchased a Utility bed like the ones I've driven over the years.
Put them together and you have one long vehicle.
The Midnite Cowboy has turned out to be the perfect Donor kit.

This is gonna turn into an interesting project. Have you given thought to possibly using the Frame and such from the Ford F350 Dually kit? It has a longer frame and much easier to stretch if needed. Just a thought. I'm on board and watching for sure.

Re: '68 Pete Rat Utility
Thanks. Put 2 coats of primer ( Different colors) and a top coat of white acrylic to weather it. Stripped the chrome and shot with aluminum.
Pulled my plumbing kit out and painted the ladder and cleaned up some of the props.
Now, have to have a ladder rack to put it on.
Wet sanded the white, till primer started showing.
Then started with the grime.

Re: '68 Pete Rat Utility
Thanks guys. Here where she stands so far.
Still have to weather the rack.
Matt coat the interior.
Cut the hood off, so need to build a cowl flange and plumb the air breathers.
