worried a bit
Hi Gents... I took the Colo-guard test as my doctor prescribed me to....she called me with the results from it. I tested positive so now I have to have the colostomy done to see what is wrong...have to admit I am a bot worried what they might find.

Re: worried a bit
My wife taught me not worry about things which are out of our control. Whatever will be, will be and worrying won't help.
Stay positive and think positive. The negative thoughts are very often wrong anyway.
Hope all goes well Mark.

Re: worried a bit
So any news Mark?
Funnily enough I was in at 7 am for a Gastroscopy, so camera down the throat with just a throat spray as they won't let you home on your own if you have the gas and air type stuff that makes you hazy.
Deeply unpleasant experience as you can imagine, hard not to gag, but once it's in it's a bit better.
I had a prostate exam before, old style and that really was a 5 second walk in the park compared to this.
Anyway I got the get out of jail free card again, all's good.

Re: worried a bit
Shay buddy.... Well they found 6 pulups and removed them for cancer testing...now its a waiting game for the results. I have had to have the same test done you had before...its like mid-evil torture...horrible time mine had to be in me for a week but the one they had in me for a week went though my nose down into my throat...not a fun time. Anyway today I feel like i have been run over by a truck..LOL.. Thanks brothers..!

Re: worried a bit
I was talking to a geezer while we were waiting in Endoscopy Mark, he had what you had done a few weeks ago, he said the polyps are usually benign, so don't worry.
