Can't post pics

I've tried to post some photos- following the guide,

but when I get to the

In the box, the link will appear in the box marked 'File'

Click 'Host it' and wait a few seconds.

I don't get the box marked file.

Help! I have some models that I want to inflict on you all.

Thanks for the help, still no joy. I click "host it" but after that, nothing happens.
I don't get the three now choices mentioned, so I can't click on "copy'

Chris it takes a little bit for the copy thigs to pop up. Seems to depend on the size of the picture. The larger the file the longer it takes.. I have been moving things over from ZMC and have replace every opicture in every thread so far, using this direct post. Try it again and give it a little bit to get it done. Hope this helps.

I'm still having agro posting photos. Managed to post some, after I waited when I clicked the
"host it" button.

Now, I click the button, wait 10-20-30 seconds and still nothing.

Any thoughts?
