just 3 coats of clear......might polish out after a week or so,have to let the paint dry

I like this thread, because, as Al said, whenever I see it, the song from the Beach Boys comes into my head. I grew up in Southern California in the 60's, so the Beach Boys are part of my culture!!

The model is coming along nicely, and the red looks great on it!

Nice job on the body. I would have never guessed that you simply cleared the bare plastic. Good lookin' engine too!
