The Gunze Sangyo kit depicts a 65 model but the only visible difference between 65 and 66, was that the 65 had a chrome strip running down the centre of the bonnet. So this came off.

The kit is vert basic and curbside. I opened up the engine cover in order to give better cooling to the non-existent replacement 600 engine bored out to it's max and breathed upon by Abarth. :P
I fitted a couple of bucket seats, lowered the rear suspension 1.5" and the front by 2.5". Wheels and tyres are courtesy of a Tamiya Mini Cooper S. The Cooper S wheels on the kit, measure 11.75mm (Truescale should be 10mm) so are as near as makes no dif. to the Fiat's 12" wheels.

I had some issues with the black paint and am not very happy with it, but I am calling it done anyway.

Oh! and I also left off the windscreen wipers cos they were SO CHUNKY looking.

Cute little build Al. What do you think caused the problem with the paint?? I know black is one of the hardest to lay on smoothly and evenly.
