Did a bit on the crane today,first of all red primer and a bit of salt!
Followed by silver and salt..
Then some gloss yellow.

Got the cab nearly finished today,glazing and wipers etc fitted.
Mirrors too!
Rear panel was fitted as well,the cab was also cleared..

Al,the decal came with the crane kit as generic decals.
Got the bumper/headlights done,the h/l backing was done gloss black followed by AK chrome.
Here it is mounted.
Fitted the kit supplied telescopic lighting unit (night breakdowns etc) sprayed black/chrome,lost a lens though.......
Also fittted the main driveshaft - engine to transfer box.....
Fitted an amber beacon to the roof - just seen here....

Looking great, Nige. A small piece of blister packaging should fit for the lens nicely.

Great work! Love the look of the headlights and the roof set - I'm sure you'll figure out a replacement fix in no time

Nigel... I have done this many times for flat shaped lenses works great too...give it a try.
