Gary: That letter should make parting with your diorama a bit easier. If it were me I'd frame that sucker and hang it on my living room wall!!

John, Pete, thanks guys. Much appreciated. The Colonel says he's going to send a couple of pics of himself and the modern day equivalent gunners to the three VC winners on that day, (Dorrel, Bradbury and Nelson), with the model, which Ill post when they arrive.

So basically the head honcho has nicked it so he can show it off to his high ranking friends first, then when hes finished with it the museum can have it..
