Maudsley's Paddle Steamer Engine 1827
Airfix Maudsley's Paddle Steamer Engine of 1827
when i started this i was really looking forward to it.....by the end i was glad to finish it!....not the greatest of kits fit wise, theres bit that foul when it moves
i did plan on giving it a wash to pick things out but i just couldnt be bothered in the end, just glad to finish it and move on
back in the day Airfix intended this to be motorised, came with all the fittings for a little battery powered motor......now its hand powered lol

You did a good job on it mate, something different and I expected no less with the fit issues based on my experience of Airfix, I sold the freebie Fiesta they sent me and the Bismark will be going on Ebay too lol

That is a double cool subject and an excellent job modeling it. Now I am on the look out for one.

if you want one id be quick about it......its in airfixs last chance sale.....it means when they are gone its out of the range and not be back for a few years, if at all.....its there at a silly cheap price.....i worked it out at less that $20.....not sure what the postage will be but they do ship abroad and are trustworthy cos i have bought from them many times
