I got my issue of Model Cars Contest Cars in the mail last week and just now got around to setting up the scanner and scanning in the photos.

if I missed you and you had your work published in the magazine, I am sorry. It happens on line we all go my Screen anmes and the magazines use real names, so sometimes I just don't know. If I missed you let me know and I will scan your work in and add it to the thread.

First from Valley Con, March 2 2014 is Paul Cadwell.

And even though he isn't an official member Our Friend Butcher Bob. Bob showed this car to Al, John and Sam at Bonneville last August. It started life as an AMT 1949 Mercury.

Art Laski had some of his builds in the magazine as well. His Pink Willy's was there for sure.

Dave I did see several of Art's builds and it didn't clink that he was a member. I will fix that ASAP, need to hook the scanner back up and get the magazine back out. Thanks for the wake up call.

It could be he's on another site I'm on so it could be my mistake.

It's clear to us all, there are many models that could go into modeling magazines.  It doesn't even take super-detailing.  Many models are built with great creativity and skill and this forum is OUR magazine!

I had a tad bit of glory. In the 2010 contest issue of Model Cars, I had two of my models shown, and also one in 2010 Contest Cars. My scanner isn't working so I'l try to get photos later when I get outside in better light and show them. One of them is the '36 shark nosed LSR that Buck owns
