Now that ain't bad at all..... The only thing that takes away from it (and mine, and all the others I've seen) is the way the tracks sit over the rollers, just too straight. I tried dipping them down a bit with heat and glue but might as well have left them as it didn't make much difference.
Unless you want to spend a year's wages on individual links then it'll do nicely.
Nicely done Al, the interior is special definitely!
Ps. i think must have drove past your house about half a dozen times last night whilst on a 5 mile council detour through geordie-land to avoid the a1 closure. Then, blow me, if Berwick wasn't blocked off too so I had 7miles of freezing fog country lanes to manage..... Thank god for Saab lol.
I would have knocked you up for a cuppa but it was about 01.30.

Thanks Colin.
I agree about the tracks and in fairness the kit does come with individual links..... but at 424 pieces....... NO THANKS!! Even the built model photos on the box show the rubber tracks!! LOL
LOL.... Although a Geordie lad born and bred, I no longer live in Geordieland Colin. I'm now thirty miles west at Haydon Bridge.
Stop in any time for a cuppa!!! but if you turn up at 1.30am, you'll be out on yer lug 'ole!!!

Re: M3A1 Stuart Tank 1:35
Your right about the tracks, mine had the individual jobs... Had a go at making them up and what a palava... They reside in the bits tub and have been used as other items of detailing, the tread bits, when cut in half make good 1/35 bricks if you cut the lugs off.
I know you live "outside" the city now (I have your business card remember) I was thrown all over the place on the detour and driving over to you end wouldn't have made much difference lol.
so...... 1.30s a no then?

Outstanding Al. That tank looks like it was just picked up from the desert. Can't get over how you have made the journey to the dark side.

Nice one Al. Colin could have used one of these to get through the A1 closure.
