1932 Ford Coupe
I've decided to do a box stock build while deciding what to do with the 37 Convertible. I'm using one of the 32 Coupes I picked up on the Arizona trip.
I'm using nail polish for the paint and have picked what I think is a pretty unusual color. Here is the first mock up.
The completed model will have full fenders. As always, suggestions, comments, criticism and friendly ridicule welcome.

The color kind of grows on you. Actually it is not as bright as it seems in the photo. I believe it was the flash that gives it that look. That and the fact it is cleared with Tamiya clear pearl. I intend for the interior to be two-tone brown leather which should also help tone down the bright green.

Love the look of the 3 window. The flames don't do much for me but the car is cool.

My favourite '32, - a full fendered 3 window coupe on 5 spokes.
....wait a while and the colour will be back in fashion, eh, John?
...remember the pastels?

Re: 1932 Ford Coupe
Stand by guys. I'm going to remove the flames; decided I don't like them either. Got a problem though. The body had been clear coated including the flames so I will have to strip it. Second problem------I am out of the fingernail polish I used and can't find more.
What I'm looking for is Sinful Colors Irish Green. I got the original supply at Walgreen's for $1.99 a bottle. If any of you have or can find some I will be glad to buy it. In the meantime this model is on hold for a while.

That's quite a bold move to strip that off. Good luck with it, John.

Skid: Afraid the whole thing is history for now. Trish wants me to keep it Green and you know that she is SWMBO. It's going to have to wait until I can find the right shade of polish to redo the body. Actually the only thing that is going to be gone forever is the flames.
