1990 Mustang L X
Hi Gang, I'm house and puppy sitting until Sept. 2 for some friends who went on vacation to Ohio for awhile. Stopped at the L H S and brought this home to play with
Nice kit, parts pictures
comes with two hoods, stock and cowl scoop ( don't much care for the cowl scoop hood so will use the stock one )
Not much flash or mold lines, nice stock tires and rims with disc's up front and
they give you the parts to build the drag version or a street version and I'm going for the street with a little twist, more soon.

I saw that kit at Hobby Lobby and wondered about it. Looks like a good one.

YYYYEEEEPPPP I'm mainly a Blue Oval guy
Been playing with this and started with the chassis first to get the stance I wanted, got the rear end together with the chassis painted, needs some touch up but that is later
they give you a stock front end and a light weight tub one, I'm using the light weight one
here is the stance the way it comes from the box
I wanted the front end down just a little so I cut the spindles off even with the control arms and glued them on top of the arms to lower it
and here is the stance I got
front stance shot
The front might come up a little when it's all together but that's alright. Those are the stock wheels and rim's that I will be using and are dull coated, just need to scuff the tread a little.
So far going together with out any real bad issues

Good start. I don't know if I would change the stance to much. Sits about right to me.

I never liked the Mustang after the seventies but the stance really improves this one John.
