Thanks but the 53 came to me mising it's bumpers and grille - I had planned a sinple restoration on it but such is life!!!!!!!!!!
The 57 was a long abandoned build so was ripe for jiggery pokery! LOL
Btw,the 53 cost me £7.50 in Belfast and the 57 was sent from Detroit.

I would've never thought to graft fenders onto a build .... very creative and well executed. Thanks for posting your build; very, very informative.

Got it sprayed and cleared today,it is not up to my usual standard due to the effects of the stroke......! My spraying is dodgy (have difficulty in using a can) as for my brush work - dont even go there!!!!!!!!!!
