Mid 70s Chevrolet Van
Finished. Mr Hobby red is the colour, was going to be white until a paint disaster. Much sanding & polishing made it presentable.
It's the Revell-o-gram kit. I opened the bonnet, added screen washer, battery etc from the parts bin.
The interior is Mission Brown rattle can & Dulcote. Good old 70's brown.
Scratch build the heater box & master cylinder, wired the dizzy, ribbed the cargo area floor. There's a WIP thread of you're really desperate to know
more.

I like it fine. Thanx, maybe it'll bring a resurgence of van models on these forums. And thanx to the cats for letting u share their space!

And no mirror ball either, Sam . I've built the Revell-o-gram "Disco Van" for want of a better word. It should satisfy- bright orange, brown interior, murals, etc.
If you don't like this one, you're going to hate the next van. LOL. White, dogdish hubcaps. A tradsmans special.
Cheers,
Chris

Re: Mid 70s Chevrolet Van
It looks great Chris, just like a workaday van should.
Isn't that the truth of it!!!
We have a cushion in our house, which has these words embroidered on it "The cats and their staff reside here".
Enough said!!! LOL
