No Buck, it's not ours.
We have an arrangement with a local guy in the village. He does most of the hard graft in our kitchen garden and helps with outside jobs (always plenty) around the place. In return, we share the produce of the kitchen garden and he gets to run his sheep on our land and use some of the outbuildings.
New arrivals this morning:
One Tup and one Ewe.
With the arrival of the Tup, it's the start of a new dynasty.

it's that time of the year again.
The fields will be filled with lots of new lambs soon.

Reminds me of some of the "All Creatures Great And Small" episodes. Lambing season comes every year, regardless of weather. Thanx for a reminder of the time of year. Feels like early January here!

Did someone mention 'All Creatures Great and Small' ?
I did a lot of signwriting for the BBC back then, particularly for that series.
I produced new signage to cover existing shops on locations and various vehicles.
One timber sign I produced was for 'Manor Farm' - shaded, outlined and shadowed.
It was in 3 second shot as the veterinary drove over it in a muddy puddle.
...that's show business !

Re: New arrivals. The start of a dynasty?
Sorry I can't watch the programmes now - as they remind me of the stress of unreasonable deadlines and 6am starts in very cold winters
- but I did have breakfast with all the actors, who were nice people.
Incidentally in one series, a Willys jeep that was driven by a visiting Scottish vet actually belonged to the chap who was my best man at my wedding.
Ahhh memories - but not all bad.
