1975 Chevy Nova
When I first went to work at the body shop, the boss and his daughter had just painted her first car. It was an ugly brown little Nova, but she had vision. She picked out the color and helped with the body work. I helped do the final assembly and did the interior, window tint, and stereo. I am replicating it in miniature as a graduation gift. She graduates this June. I have the body painted, and correct wheels and engine dress up goodies. I even kept a scrap of the new carpet so I can match the flocking.

Re: 1975 Chevy Nova
Just realized all my reference pics are on my brand new laptop that had water spilled on it. So now I need to pull the hard drive and get the pics off of it. I was not planning on getting it repaired until after taxes come back...

Hi Sam,
Love the colour, may I ask what shade of blue it is please, also, may I ask which are the new wheels, are they the ones that are on it in the first photo or are they the ones in the second photo...

Re: 1975 Chevy Nova
Andy, its a 2008 Pontiac color and its automotive basecoat from a touch up gun with Tamiya clear on top. The second set of wheels (the five spoke ones) are the current set on the car. Looks much better than the first set.

Re: 1975 Chevy Nova
Are the tires just sitting next to the car, or did she really like that stink bug look?
