Hello everybody!

Hello everybody. I'm Phil (Captian Nemo), 54, started building at six. Got back into building after a 23 year break. I am a taxidermist by trade and have built 46' - 52' fiberglass boats for a few years. I like sci-fi, space, military and odd subjects. I like to kitbash and also build paper scale models. You also could call me a Halloween nut as I build 1:1 scale lighted and animated props for the season. You can check some of them out on you-tube @ Bosarge's haunted house. I also make molds and multi-media parts for my creations. Electronics is another hobby I like to incorporate into my models. As Capt. Willard might say if he modeled---"I just love the smell of a freshly opened model box in the morning,,,smells like victory!"

Good good good! Glad to have you aboard! I'm sure hoping you'll share some of your favorite models and add comments. Zombies getting so much publicity these days seems like with them and so many piercings and tattoos ...now every day is Halloween!
