C-124 Globemaster 1/72
Ahoy
Here is a odd build you don't see everyday I believe I am the only chap that has one of these never seen a build on the internet.......... This kit I got from Archers hobby World the worlds first mail order house long out of business some of you older fellas probably remember dealing with bob Archer. This is a vacuform kit produced by Airmodel I purchased the kit in 1977 $20.00 back then a very difficult kit to assemble there are no formers spars and interior parts they have to be made by the builder. kit comes in two huge sheets this is a big model wingspan 31 inchs........ The model has a full interior that I built in using the real machine as a guide with plenty of pictures being a lucky fellow I live 10 miles from Wright Patterson Air force Base Museum old shaky is parked on the tarmac you can board her and get all the info needed to build a model of one of these big birds..................
Franklyn

Lucky old you, being so close to an aircraft museum. I had to cross the Pacific to get to a decent one LOL. Nice one Franklyn.
